A former registered nurse, health educator and manager, a key to Julie’s success has been her calm and patient demeanor, as well as her dedicated work ethic. James May 

James brings nearly 40 years of management and executive experience to TeamAscension AZ, including a background in education and training, housing finance and development, negotiations and conflict resolution. A Phoenix area resident for nearly 20 years, James’ community knowledge and engagement serves as a valuable asset in his ability to match his client’s needs with just the right home, property or neighborhood. James understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful, and considers education of his clients a critical aspect of his role as a Realtor®. He will work hard to ensure your understanding of the buying and selling process, to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible.
